James Studio offers natural looking photography and videography. It is a quality that we aim for that makes you stand out as naturally beautiful.
James Studio photography uses a style called portrait journalism. It is a careful combination of shooting whatever is happening (photo journalism) with helping to make things happen beautifully (portraiture). Using high-end equipment, creative shooting, casual poses and carefully chosen backgrounds you will be excited about your wedding photos and albums!
We offer a variety of packages to meet the budgets of most couples. Higher budget packages include at least one album, print credit and more staff. For lower budgets we provide the same quality pictures but would not include as many options or staff.
New contracts start at $1695 plus sales tax with Jim Bendewald as the primary shooter or $1295 using a shooter that works for James Studio. The starting rates are for 1 shooter with up to 8 hours of coverage and include the high-quality jpg images (with some editing of each image) on a DVD. 8 hours of video coverage also starts at $1695. This includes a 3 video camera shoot for the ceremony and 2 cameras for the reception. We can provide a 1 camera video shoot for $1295. Please contact Jim with your photo & video needs. Our albums are professional flush mount albums (some with leather covers) and photo books. We custom design the albums making each one a unique piece of art. We use only the best products with archival acid-free paper that lasts over 100 years.
